Frozen

In a world of tiny snowflakes, 
Stands a leafless tree, 
Its branches, 
Frozen solid. 
Beside it, a beautiful stone, 
Covered in a layer of snow.

It began to snow, 
Flakes falling from the sky, 
Snowballs growing larger.

By evening, 
The snow slowly ceased, 
The fire wouldn’t ignite, 
Cars were encased in ice, 
Yet the house grew warm, 
On a night so bitterly cold, 
We spent it in a wooden cabin.

In the chilly morning, 
A cherry blossom, 
Also frozen, 
Next to the path light, 
Covered in white snow, 
Turned into a cute little white mushroom.

The outdoor tide froze, 
Water dripping from the roof, 
Turned to icicles, 
Unbelievably, the world too, Had frozen.
